The guarantee certificate is an official document of the company, which gives you the right to enjoy the services of the products purchased during the warranty period.

Dear customer, please read the user manual of the product for more efficient operation of the product.
A . This warranty certificate gives you the right to benefit:
- repair of the product with original parts, by a qualified personnel;
- transport for equipment over 30 kg, if repair is to be done in the laboratory;
- switching equipment to a new one, if it is not repaired within 40 working days from the moment of receiving the equipment in the laboratory;
- submission of technical staff to your apartment within 48 hours for Tirana and Durres, within 72 hours in districts, from the moment of notification to call center and registration in the system.
B. No warranties are included:
- cost of visit for the product problem
- Voltage related issues.
- Defect or anomaly as a result of non-maintenance of the device under normal conditions, breakage of broken components or physical damage.
- If the appliance is not used for home use;
- If the device is opened or repaired by unauthorized person.
- Cleaning the pump filter, cleaning the drain hose and cleaning the water supply filter or the various faults that are explained in the user manual.
- If the air conditioners are not installed by persons authorized by the company;
- If the call of the technician in the apartment results unjustified. In this case the client must pay the cost of the presence of the technician.
- For electronic devices (TV, mobile, laptop, computer, tablet etc.):
- External damages such as stroke, pressure, grit, breakage, water, fire, charging from non-original products, natural phenomena;
- Damages caused by the installation of programs that spoil the mobile device, the receipt of viruses or the connection to other virulent devices
- All equipment with physical damage, deletion of information, loss or virus destruction.
- The appliances whose problem is due to the fault with the battery.
C. Warranty Terms
1. The Warranty Service is not forfeited if the device is not accompanied by the Gotech Electronics Warranty Certificate and does not indicate the date of purchase, together with the tax coupon;
2. Gotech Electronics Warranty Certificate is valid only for products traded by this company.
3. During the warranty period, Gotech Electronics takes over the repair of faults and not the replacement of the newest device.
4. In all cases included in point B, the expenses are covered by the client himself.
D. Other:
1. Gotech Electronics provides assistance upon termination of the warranty period. Assistance products should be sent by the client to the company lab in Durres.
2. Physical damages are recognized by the company only at the time of transport. This is verified only by the transport form that must be signed by both parties at the moment of delivery of the product to the customer.
3. All service tariffs are approved by the company.
